Who this notice covers
This notice covers visitors, people making inquiries and DJ Pro customers. The controller is identified above. You provide information through an inquiry, email, telephone or a communication platform you choose.
Data and purposes
For quotes and event organisation we use your name, email, phone, event date, time, venue, guest count, selected services and correspondence. Please do not send national IDs, document copies, health information or guest personal-data lists. The site does not collect payment details or offer customer registration.
Legal grounds
Responding to inquiries and taking steps towards a contract at your request rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Statutory accounting duties rely on Article 6(1)(c). Abuse prevention and legal claims may rely on a documented legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f), after balancing your rights. Optional Google Maps relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a). The form acknowledgment records that you read the notice; it is not advertising consent.
Recipients and external services
Authorised team members have access as needed. Necessary organisational details for a confirmed event may be shared with the assigned DJ and technicians. The website and domain email are hosted by SuperHosting.BG; the primary PostgreSQL database is in Neon, Frankfurt region. Inquiry notifications go to business recipients selected by the agency; Google also processes mail sent to djprofil@gmail.com as the email provider. The separate Vercel demonstration does not accept customer inquiries. WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram and Facebook apply their own rules when their links are selected; these links are not embedded advertising pixels.
International transfers
External providers may process technical or communication data outside the EEA. A transfer made by us requires an applicable GDPR Chapter V mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with necessary supplementary safeguards. Contact the listed email for recipient and safeguard information. We do not assume all Google or Meta services share the same transfer mechanism.
Retention
Inquiries that do not result in a contract are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. Necessary contract records are kept for fulfilment and applicable statutory accounting periods; dispute records are limited to what is needed to establish, exercise or defend claims. These exceptions do not justify indefinite retention of all correspondence. You can request the precise period and basis for a particular record.
Your choices
Inquiry data is voluntary; without contact and event details we cannot prepare a specific quote. We do not make solely automated decisions with significant effects or use inquiries for automatic advertising campaigns. See Your rights · GDPR for rights and request procedures.
Google Analytics — optional
When enabled on the main domain and you allow Audience analytics, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) measures page views and successful inquiries using a pseudonymous identifier and browser/device/visit information. We do not send names, emails, phones, notes or form field values; page URLs exclude query parameters and fragments. Optional _ga and _ga_<identifier> cookies last up to 180 days. Activation requires a retention period of 2 months for user and event data in Analytics; aggregate reports may remain longer. Advertising features, Google Signals, Google Ads and Meta Pixel are off. Google may process data outside the EEA under its applicable contractual mechanisms; see policies.google.com/privacy. Refuse or withdraw permission from the footer. Without permission, Google Analytics does not load.
Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the inquiry form against automated abuse. It processes browser and network information, including IP address. We do not send your name, phone, email or event description to this service. It is not advertising. If the check is unavailable, you can contact us by telephone or email. Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy
