Inquiry, quote and confirmation
The site presents DJ, hosting, sound and lighting services. An inquiry does not conclude a contract, reserve a date or trigger payment. The agency checks availability, proposes a performer and sends an individual quote. Services, date, price and terms are confirmed separately between the parties.
Prices and VAT
Base catalogue prices are in euros and exclude VAT. The company is VAT registered. Before entering a contract you receive a final price including applicable VAT and all agreed components. The estimate calculator is not a final quote. There is no online payment.
Scope and changes
Wedding packages cover five hours and up to 100 guests unless the quote states otherwise. An extra DJ hour is 100 euros excluding VAT. Equipment needs are agreed for larger events. Changes, cancellation, deposits and penalties are addressed in the specific quote/contract, not silently accepted by browsing.
Consumer rights and complaints
For questions or complaints use the published contacts and identify the date and service. Mandatory rights under Bulgarian and applicable EU law remain unaffected. Withdrawal rights and exceptions for date-specific services depend on the particular contract; this page is not a blanket waiver. You may contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (kzp.bg) and applicable ADR bodies.
